Four Ways To Combat Cellulite!

    1. Lunges
    Not only are lunges a great way to lift your butt and tone up your legs, it’s a great way to get your cellulite in check. Slowly take a large step forward to feel what I am talking about. Your muscles will begin to contract as you move down, and after about 20 reps, you’ll feel an immediate change. This helps reduce the appearance of cellulite over time by tightening the skin.

    2. Massages
    A couple of gentle massages in a circular motion could stimulate the lymphatic system, which sits underneath the surface of your skin, to circulate toxins to the elimination channels for release. Simply put: massaging breaks down the fatty deposits that cause the appearance of dimples.

    3. Eat More Fruits and Vegetables!
    They should make up a huge portion of your diet. You should be trying to consume as many fresh fruits and vegetables that you can throughout the day. They help draw out the toxins that form in your cells, organs and tissues. If you can’t eat them why not juice, or blend them? Drinking just two fresh juices a day would give your skin a gorgeous glow and help flush out toxins.

    4. Hydrate: Drink More Water
    Speaking of flushing out toxins, water is like the master of that. The National Institute of Medicine recommends that women get 2.7 liters (about nine cups) of water per day. It will have you running to the bathroom like crazy, but it will do wonders for your body.

  2. Now I understand that if I want to have a perfect legs I must to manage all these 4 tips, because earlier I tried to drink more water or make sport,balanced diet, but never did it all at the same time:D

  4. Yes, cellulite is so hard problem.. I have it and I tried many way but all these tips help to reduce visible cellulite but cannot eliminate it at all. But this is better than do nothng:)

  5. I think that sport should be the main activity in fight with cellulite. You can eat healthy products, drink a lot of water and you cannot see results soon. Sport gives a strengh for all your body, so you can enjoy better body lines after 1-2 months for sure:)

    you are right sport does a miracles for our body, I make exercises every morning and I feel great:)

  7. well, I readed the article that cellulite cant be redused totally, we can just care ourselves and the the cellulite will be not so clearly seen but he still will be

  8. I also have heared this, I think we women care too much about ourselves so we try to do things which are not necessary for us at all.

    It's not true..:) We would like to be nice with being natural but it's not true. If you don't put efforts on your appearance, you will never look great.
